Why we built UserGenix

Most knowledge platforms get the source of knowledge wrong. They commission writers to research topics rather than finding the people who have actually lived them. The result is content that sounds credible but doesn’t hold up when you’re in the room, facing the real decision.
We’ve both spent our careers doing the work. Leading portfolios through complex organisations. Building engineering teams from the ground up. Navigating transformation programmes where the frameworks ran out and judgement was all you had left. The lessons from that experience, the honest ones, the hard ones, the ones that actually change how you operate, rarely make it into articles. They stay locked inside careers.
UserGenix exists to unlock them.
We believe organisations are made or broken by their people. Not their processes, not their technology, their people. Structure matters. Governance matters. But none of it works without the right people, with the right clarity, empowered to act without unnecessary bureaucracy slowing everything down. That’s the thread running through everything we publish and everything we believe.
