Board Reality Check for monday.com: Terms of Use

- Who we are. Board Reality Check for monday.com (“the app”) is provided by UserGenix, a trading name of Niranjalee Rajaratne (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@usergenix.com.
- Plans. The app is free for monday.com accounts with up to 10 seats. Larger accounts can try it free for 14 days, then pay a monthly or yearly subscription through the monday.com marketplace, at the prices shown on the listing.
- What the app does. The app reads items on the board where you add it, and shows calculated prompts and a suggested order. It does not change your board.
- Prompts, not advice. The results are prompts for questions, worked out from what is on the board. They are not assessments of any person or team. You stay responsible for the decisions you make.
- Data. The app runs inside monday.com. It sends nothing to UserGenix or anyone else. The only thing it saves is the Priority check criteria your team agrees, kept in monday.com for that board view. See the privacy policy.
- Availability and support. We aim to reply to support requests within 2 working days. The app is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those required by law.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. During the free beta, that is nothing.
- Changes. We may update these terms. We’ll note material changes on this page.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
